Refund & Return Policy

At Oakline Panels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with UK consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • It must be returned in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom-made or personalised panels
  • Items damaged due to improper use or installation

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
